I have set up a small exhibition of my BLR statement @ barfly, downtown Prague. Will shoot some pictures over there and give it a post soon…

Happy birthday, Firefox!

The situation with no-reply problem when emailing any other „celebrity“ is not that clear to me. Sure I understand, it must be a pain to receive hundreds of emails daily, but do they really want to hear any of those? Maybe I was just lucky this time; but moment, I was not contacting David via email. So is it Twitter that works the right way nowadays? I guess so…
Btw, I'm glad to hear the ciggie does have it's right place in the header :)

D. M. Scott truly pays attention to his readers
It is no secret, that WebCoffee was completely presented in my final school thesis. After the idea of a blog creation came, I needed to find any theoretical explanation of the subject matter.
It took me no long to find D. M. Scott's The New Rules of Marketing and PR. The book not only gave me the essential reference background for my thesis; it opened my eyes in sense of the upcoming era of the new web and it's work with the society.
It is not only the content though. The main aspect which kept me reading was David's distinctive wording style; the ever-present real-life stories and examples made me realize, that this guy must be knowing what he's talking about.
There still is one thing that impresses me about David. He not only is a great author, he actually pays attention to his readers; as the last sentence in the book says: Please let me know after you're done with your blog, so I can take a look at it.
Most authors do behave about the same. They write about how they are interested in their readers, but actually nobody gives any feedback when requested (at least in my case). David is the first „big animal“ who not only took his look, but did not hesitate to give it a post @ WebInkNow. I feel quite comfortable about this guy and will be following all his future releases. Be sure to do the same…

| David Meerman Scott | Hey Petr,
Thanks for writing about my work. I'm thrilled that it has been helpful to you. I think your blog design is one of the best I've ever seen (and I'v looked at thousands of blogs).
Keep up the great work.
