I am completely caught in a twist of work. I have not been posting for a long time; I dont even remember how to do that anymore :-/ There surely is another reason for that. I have bought a new MacBook, so completely fallen into a gaming sphere on Windows 7. Hopefully be back ASAP…
The prices were truly chaotic, since all models were offered for different amounts. I did click the cheapest one, which was 16 GB white. Later reading on forums, that there was about 30 people, who did the same.
Firstly I was a bit upset, that did not order more, but basically one piece seems just ideal for me to test all those new fancy features, Apple was so proud about at the introduction keynote. The most valuable for me is the video recording feature at the moment; if interested in the video quality, feel free to check out my new YouTube channel.
The next big thing I´m really looking forward is the gaming sphere, which I´ll document as soon as any pure 3GS games will appear.

iPhone 3GS – suspiciously good purchase
Looks like the first time in my life, I got lucky. I have bought the new iPhone 3GS 16 GB for just about 30 euros (877 Kč) @ Vodafone eshop.
Apparently they were having a ten minute mistake, while selling those for incredible prices. But was it truly a mistake? Some may say it was a great marketing coup to attract more visitors afterwards. Anyhow, I was pretty happy to have this first-ever-lifetime chance.
When I came to work on Friday, the day of the official iPhone 3GS announcement here in Czech, I was quite curious about the pricing policy. The standard pricing was fairly high, so I just want to be sure, what the situation with my carrier (Vodafone) will look like. After vising the eshop, I was shocked; not because of the expected priceyness, but the absolut opposit, which appeared in the page body. The prices were like like taken from Alice in Wonderland, as the following screenshot documents.
I have ordered one piece to check out, if the order process will really proceed. It did. When came back to order a bigger load, the page was irrecoverably down. After the purchase, I was still wondering whether the phone really arrives, or will it be somehow canceled. Two days later, the Czech post messenger really rang my bell :)
